In an industry that is transforming at break-neck speed, leading companies like Frontier invest in their people to ensure they have the right education to keep pace. Frontier Communications did just that this fall by hosting a closed-door Engineering Summit co-located at ISE EXPO 2016.

Check out the highlights of this custom event, and contact Janice Oliva if you’d like to host one of your own at ISE EXPO 2017. (Email Janice: [email protected])

The Engineering Summit and welcome message was presented by Michael Golob, SVP West Region Engineering, and Scott Mispagel, SVP, Network Planning and Engineering, Frontier Communications.

Scott Mispagel invited attendees to get engaged with the Summit, soak in the learning, and make the most of their time at ISE EXPO 2016.

Attendees like Scott Whitson – Supervisor of Network Engineering & Operations (Texas), actively listened to the messages from the Frontier leadership team.

The Frontier Engineering Summit was a great opportunity for team members to network, discuss, and learn new technologies and methods, as well as talk to the vendors whose products and services they use every day.

It’s critical to learn the 30,000-foot view of the industry as well as the engineering details when it’s all about moving the needle in terms of delivering for the customer.

Frontier team members took advantage of every moment they had during the Engineering Summit to brainstorm and problem-solve with their peers. Now, that’s productive networking!

And, yes, a little laughter and fun always helps make meetings memorable.
