Summary

The convergence of an AI / Data Center boom, along with the final chapters of Rural FTTH coming online with the BEAD awards being monetized in 2026, has created a unique environment in the Broadband industry. Service providers are now competing with some of the largest companies in the world for a shared supply chain that threatens to disrupt FTTH builds and challenge the ability to obtain BABA-compliant fiber.

In this webinar, AFL’s Ryan O’Sullivan will cover the state of the markets, both Broadband and Data Center, and how this will impact supplier, manufacturer and customer / service provider behavior both now and over the next five years. Included will be some thoughts as to how Broadband customers can position themselves to stand out to critical suppliers as strategic customers, ensuring the security of supply and the protection of their fiber build.
