BEAD Grant Writing Success, Customer Wins, and Supply Chain Support

Winncom Technologies, a global value-added distributor of wireless and wired broadband equipment, announces the continued success of its Grant Writing Assistance Program, which has achieved an impressive 80% success rate in securing federal and state broadband funding for its customers.

Since the June 6, 2025 NTIA BEAD Bargain Round restructuring, Winncom has partnered with over 30 customers across 16 states, supporting the submission of more than 65 applications for programs such as BEAD and USDA.

The program is a comprehensive consultative service that guides service providers, co-operatives, and municipalities through every stage of the funding process. From eligibility verification, FWA heat mapping, and RSSI validation to high-level fiber design (HLD), the it provides end-to-end support in crafting compelling narratives, designing complete budgets, and ensuring compliance.

Winncom works with customers to identify optimal project areas based on eligibility and competitiveness, recommend the right technologies aligned with each state's BEAD scoring criteria, and address challenges such as passing costs and high-cost thresholds. The program also offers hands-on assistance with both prequalification and application narratives, while providing ongoing strategic guidance and post-award compliance support.
