Vertical Bridge Completes $595.1 Million Asset-Backed Securitization

The offering marks the 10th successful asset-backed securities (ABS) financing since 2016.

Vertical Bridge, a private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the United States, has announced that it successfully issued $595.1 million of tower revenue notes secured by a geographically diverse portfolio of over 1,070 towers across 47 states. The offering marks the 10th successful asset-backed securities (ABS) financing by Vertical Bridge since 2016.

Proceeds from the offering, led by Barclays as the structuring agent, were used to repay the Series 2020-2 and 2023-1 Notes, cover associated transaction fees and expenses, and support the growth of the company's infrastructure portfolio.

The issuance achieved a blended all-in yield of 6.419% on average tenor of 3 years.
