GCG Telecom Solutions has rebranded as Electro Wire Telecom Solutions, aligning its name with its existing product portfolio and its established role in telecom and broadband infrastructure.
Telecom providers in the United States continue to invest significantly in network infrastructure, supported in part by federal initiatives such as the $42 billion Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. As a result, network builds are increasing in scale and complexity. Electro Wire Telecom Solutions offers connectivity solutions designed for field conditions, along with support intended to help customers plan and execute deployments.
Over time, GCG expanded its capabilities, operations, and involvement in network deployments. The new name reflects these developments and is intended to better represent the company’s current scope and focus.
"Telecom teams are operating under increasing pressure to move faster without compromising quality," said Kurt King, SVP of Electro Wire Telecom Solutions. "That environment leaves no room for guesswork. Anchoring our name to the Electro Wire brand reflects how our customers already know us."
Electro Wire Telecom Solutions applies a hands-on approach across product selection, logistics, and technical support. The company works with project stakeholders and deployment teams throughout the process to support planning and execution, with the goal of reducing delays and avoiding rework.
The company plans to introduce the Electro Wire Telecom Solutions brand at Connect (X) 2026, where it will present its approach to network deployment.
