At Fiber Connect 2026, ISE Magazine spoke with RaDD Network Solutions about its product offerings and application engineering work. Mike Smith, Senior Applications Engineer, describes how the company approaches customer builds.

RaDD partners with manufacturers to source products that fit a range of builds, then works with each customer to identify their problem areas and find solutions at the scale they need. Its lineup includes BABA-compliant duct, pedestals, and vaults for BEAD-funded projects, along with fiber optic cable and fiber-blowing machines. The company's in-house design department handles everything from high-level designs with bills of materials to detailed, permit-ready plans, and works with clients on conceptual designs built around their specific needs.

"Not everybody needs the same exact set of products," Smith says.
