Array Concludes Major Spectrum License Sales to Verizon and T-Mobile

Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. has completed the previously announced sale of a portion of its retained spectrum licenses to Verizon for total consideration of approximately $1.0 billion.
The company also completed additional spectrum sales to T-Mobile in May 2026, totaling approximately $168 million and primarily involving 700 MHz and 600 MHz spectrum assets.
According to Array, the transactions are part of the spectrum monetization strategy announced in May 2024 following the sale of its T-Mobile wireless operations, which closed on August 1, 2025.
Following the completion of the Verizon transaction and other spectrum sales, and in consideration of the company's cash position, Array's Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $11.00 per Common Share and Series A Common Share. The dividend will be payable on June 25, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2026.
Array stated that the dividend declaration is separate from the ongoing review by a special committee of the Board regarding a non-binding proposal from Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) to acquire the outstanding Array shares not currently owned by TDS. The proposal was announced in May 2026, and the special committee has not announced a decision.
