Feb. 19, 2024
Company aims to accelerate private 5G network adoption across various industries.

MosoLabs, an LTE and 5G private/neutral host network hardware company, announced the Moso Connect 5G, a 5G RedCap adapter for private networks, and Moso Control Domain Proxy, for private network deployments. These new products will be shown at Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona.

The 5G RedCap adapter is intended to help accelerate private 5G network adoption in various industry applications allowing Ethernet or serial devices to connect to the private network without the need for wired runs to each device.

The company says that the new product will "drive more use cases for 5G private networks including industrial IoT, AI-powered video surveillance, and AGVs."

"Coupled with MosoLabs' products, our newly announced partners bring trusted expertise for planning, deployment, and operation of turn-key private networks across multiple verticals and industries to build new use cases and deliver real value for customers," said Stephen Leotis, president of MosoLabs.

In addition to the adapter, the company's Moso Control CBRS domain proxy feature is a RAN management platform that allows for users to manage SAS (Spectrum Access System) interactions with the aim to help operators and businesses plan and simulate spectrum allocation prior to radio installation.

MosoLabs products can be seen at MWC 2024 Barcelona (February 26-29 ) in Hall 6 Stand 6D48.
