The US continues to lead the EU in broadband infrastructure deployment, consumer broadband adoption and facilities-based competition in several areas. Two include:
- On deployment, the US leads by 11 percentage points ≥30 Mbps and 25 points ≥ 100 Mbps
- On adoption, the US leads EU by 10 percentage points ≥ 25 Mbps and 21 points ≥ 100 Mbps
