Belden Inc. has completed its acquisition of RUCKUS Networks from Vistance Networks, adding the enterprise networking provider to its portfolio of networking and connectivity solutions.
RUCKUS offers enterprise networking products, including Wi-Fi, enterprise switching, and AI-enabled network management platforms. Belden said the acquisition expands its IT and operational technology (OT) networking capabilities and broadens its presence in the enterprise and industrial networking markets.
According to Belden, the acquisition is expected to expand the company's addressable market and strengthen its networking portfolio. The company also stated that it anticipates operational and financial benefits from integrating RUCKUS into its business.
