GoNetspeed Begins Fiber Broadband Expansion in East Brunswick, New Jersey

GoNetspeed has begun construction of a fiber broadband network expansion in East Brunswick, New Jersey, as part of a broader $13.6 million regional investment aimed at extending fiber connectivity to more than 10,500 homes and businesses in East Brunswick and South River.
According to the company, the project will bring access to fiber-based internet services with symmetrical multigigabit speeds to residents and businesses in the area. Initial customer connections are expected to begin as early as this fall as construction progresses.
East Brunswick is among the latest New Jersey communities included in GoNetspeed’s ongoing network expansion efforts. The company recently announced the start of construction on a separate fiber deployment in neighboring South River.
GoNetspeed said the East Brunswick project is part of its larger strategy to expand fiber broadband availability across New Jersey and throughout its service footprint in the Northeast. New Jersey is the company’s 11th operating state, and the provider has previously announced plans for a $110 million statewide expansion initiative.
The company’s fiber network delivers symmetrical upload and download speeds, with service offerings ranging from 500 Mbps to 6 Gbps. GoNetspeed states that its fiber infrastructure is designed to support residential, business, and community connectivity needs as demand for high-capacity broadband services continues to grow.
